This is great. I do not think these guys are the douche who is now famous. However pocession of stolen property is just as bad.

Too bad property theft in BC is punished by a slap on the wrist.

I actually think he looks more like the first guy, but I agree it would be difficult at best to use that video as proof, but it may be one element of the case assuming there are a bunch of other things they have against him.

EIther way, the tatoo’d guy has some explaining to do. Either he stole it, or his friend stole it, or he purchased it from the person who stole it. Either way it’s a lead.
