Paul Jardine, President and Joseph Grassia, Executive Vice President have been appointed to develop the division which provides stewardship, management and technical expertise throughout the acquisition, pre-construction and construction phases of the buildings mid-rise, high-rise and core cohabitation. wallet.

New President of Construction, Paul Jardine, brings more than 30 years of global construction experience to the company and holds professional designations from the Chartered Institute of Building, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Jardine has worked for builders and consultancies throughout his career, bringing a wide range of knowledge and expertise to the job.

Joseph Grassia, hired as Executive Vice President of Construction, will add significant value to Core’s in-house construction division through his industry-leading expertise from all project phases leading to product delivery. Grassia has extensive experience working with some of the largest builders in the GTA. His 30-year career in construction and real estate development includes experience in municipal and environmental engineering, land acquisition, municipal approvals and construction management in all residential sectors and mixed-use developments.
